Returns and Refunds

Refunds 

We ask you choose your items careful, as we do not offer full refunds, only store credit if applicable. 

The cost of the returns will be at the customer’s expense. Customer's will be required to send back items through Australia post at their expense with TRACKING shipping method. Tracking number is to be sent to souldeepconnection@gmail.com

Products are to be returned in its original form, unused & undamaged. If item are damage this may affect your store credit.

If you are unsatisfied with your items, please contact us to see how we maybe able to help.

 

Exchange & Returns 

As above we ask you to choose your items careful. If for any reason your items need to be exchanged, email us souldeepconnection@gmail.com. The cost of the exchange will be at the customer’s expense. Customer's will be required to send back items through Australia post at their expense with TRACKING shipping method. Tracking number is to be sent to souldeepconnection@gmail.com. Once approved new items will be resent.

We will provide you with a returns form.

Contact Soul Deep Connection within 72 hours of receiving items

Our all items are packed full of love & good intentions for their forever home. We ensure each item is safely packed & sealed before leaving our hands.
