Sage is one of the most effective ways to cleanse & clear your aura or home.
Smudging has been used for centuries throughout indigenous cultures during ceremonies as a ritual, to warding off negative unwanted evil energies, allowing a person to be cleansed & free of these unwanted energies.
 
Using the abalone shell will help you reconnect to mother earth as the shell is a gift from the ocean. Hold your sage stick over the shell as your smudge your home allowing any ash to fall into the shell. 
 
Self Cleanse; wave the smudge stick around in an anti clock wise direct around your body until you feel cleansed then close with a clock wise direct wave
Affirm while smudging; I ask for any unwanted energies or anything that is no longer serving my highest good leave my energy field allowing positive vibrant loving energy to flow easily

House Cleanse; Ensure you cleanse all 4 corners of the room, coming into the centre to smudge for a few moments, ensure you get into any dark space. Ensure you open doors & windows once you finish smudging to allow any negative unwanted energies to leave the space.
Affirm while smudging; I ask for spirit sage to cleanse this sacred spare of any unwanted energies may they please exit via doors & windows
